What is a Doula?

"A doula is a person who supports women through labour and birth, and/or after she has her baby (Mander, 2008; Doula UK, 2018)".

We are here to educate, empower and support families. Evidence shows that having a doula present at the birth of your baby can reduce the chances of interventions and helps you towards a positive birth experience.
